IAVE’s mission is to enable leaders of volunteering worldwide to stand in solidarity with one another to promote, support and celebrate volunteering in all the many ways it happens throughout the world. From day one, a core function of the organization has been about bringing together leaders in volunteering, in person and virtually, to discuss, debate and deepen our shared understanding of volunteering and its potential as a global force for good.
In 2024 the 27th IAVE World Volunteer Conference will take place in Busan, South Korea from 22 – 25 October 2024. The theme for the conference is ‘People Power: Creating a Sustainable Future through Volunteering.’
The Call for Presenters provides two opportunities, one opportunity relates to research evidence and one opportunity relates to practice evidence. Individuals/organizations may apply for one or both of these opportunities.
We invite academics and practitioners with an interest in and track record of experience/knowledge about volunteering and the subject matter associated with the conference to download and complete one or both of the below forms and submit.
