Guidelines for the informative management of volunteering

The Volunteers Platform in Spain has produced a guide for the treatment of voluntary information, designed to media organizations and all those persons who report volunteering. The guide suggests different options to communicate more accurately, committed and respectful both volunteers and the recipients of their action, responding to key questions and making various recommendations. The guide has been the result of a participatory process and has received input from various stakeholders. Written in spanish, the guide has 32 pages.
