4th Connecting Civil Societies of Asia and Europe – Changing Challenges, New Ideas (CCS4 Conference)

These proceedings from the CCS4 Conference, which was held from 1-3 October 2010 in Brussels, Belgium, presents speeches by Steven Vanackere, then Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium, Ambassador Dominique Girard, then Executive Director of the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), and include the conference report, the detailed thematic workshop reports, and the findings of the 5th Asia-Europe Editors’ Roundtable which took place simultaneously.
The content includes an outline of discussions on volunteer recruitment and recognition. As part of the CCS4 conference evaluation, ASEF has launched an online survey on its impact and potential follow-up activities.
